2 day using review.

Camera was awesome. Mind blowing portrait pictures. Night mode was natural. I’m using normal usage for 2 days. Still battery 23% left. Worth battery capacity. Call quality excellent. Dolby Atmos audio decent. Still I’m not playing games. Just small review for using this phone. Thanks Flipkart for good packaging.

I upgraded from oneplus 8 pro to OnePlus 12 and the difference is day and night.

I will try my best to help you to decide your best purchase decision.

It features one of the best displays out in the market right now with ProHDR which makes it bliss for the user.

High Brightness Nits is cherry on top which helps alot while using in direct sunlight.

The Dolby vision certified display boosts in watching the content in the best form.
Also the Dolby audio certification gives best sound quality and seperation while watching the content on the device.

Performance is Top notch as it is powered by snapdragon 8 gen 3.
The software that is oxygen OS is fluid, bloat free and very user friendly which makes the experience fluid to use.
Ram management is done very efficiently and keeps apps in background without killing them.
The gaming is best on this device.
Device didn’t get warm with heavy gaming.
It handles the temperatures comfortably.

Camera – This time, OnePlus has done a good job and this hassleblad partnership is implemented very nicely.
The photos color is natural, very dynamic and also ProHDR enabled in photos also which makes photos very good in detail.
The wide angle camera is also implemented nicely and the periscope lens helps in capturing images at 6x very nicely.
The camera application is also implemented very nicely.
The video capturing is also excellent.
There different modes which helps alot.

The body of the device feels premium and well made.
The back panel of flowy emarald variant is very beautiful.

Battery backup is very good and it last a day efficiently.
It has 100W charging so no tension at all about charging speeds.
Also there is 50W wireless charging which helps alot.

i hav been using the phone for two weeks and its my honest and sincere opinion about the phone .great flagship phone with buttery smooth experience
display is just vow and is best among the latest premium mobiles
battery is good but not the best as it drains fast if used continously but can lasts a day easily
software is good and with simplistic ui with no bloatware at all
camera is best but needs some updates to get more out of it
phone is very fluent fast and smooth
speakers are loud and good
only downside i feel is lack of AI features which other premium phones are offering but i suppose it would be offered in coming software updates
other pros include a inclusion of supervooc charger which is superfast , a durable case

This phone is a deal breaker. It really packs all the flagship features for the price you pay. I am using the phone since January as I had pre booked it and here are the pros and cons I have experienced.
Pros:
* The design is gorgeous and you sure will gain attention.
* It’s buttery smooth, you won’t feel any lag in opening an app, going through multiple apps or during split screen.
* The camera is really good for the price. They have gone with neutral and natural colors and shifting through the lenses is very smooth. I really liked the colour grading.
* The display is gorgeous and can get really bright and dim. You won’t even notice that you are reading under direct sunlight.
* Gets fully charged in under half an hour. I usually charge it fully around 8 in the morning and by 4 in the evening after continuous usage it stays around 48 to 50 %.
* The UI is admirable with all the small features like a clean quick settings, frame rate adjust for individual apps, workshop for custom wallpapers etc.

Cons:
* It is a big phone, maybe I am not used to big phones, so ignorable. The weight is around the same as the Samsung Ultras and iPhone Pros. And weight is well distributed.
* There was a little focusing issue I faced while recording video on 6x as the camera tends to facial recognise 1 or 2 individuals in a group of many and blur the rest.
* Also I wish OnePlus had used their own dialer like Samsung rather than Google dialer which put out an announcement while call recording. You can change it to a beep but still irritating, and there is no automatic recording.
* Also I faced issues while video calling on WhatsApp as the receiver tends to get a grainy image while holding the phone closed,could be fixed by an update I guess. It was not present during video calls through other apps or directly through the operator.

Overall it’s a great phone, coming from One UI I thought Oxygen OS won’t be able to compete with it but I was wrong. Oxygen OS is a delight and I really don’t miss the One UI except for the dialer. Just go for the phone, you’ll love it.

The best phone in this high price segment and its camera, display and performance is better than pricier phones like s24, iPhone 15 base variant. Been using this phone for about a month and no complaints whatsoever.

Pros-
1. Great performance. You can customise all apps to run at 120 hz (even if they natively run at 60 hz). This leads to very smooth and fast experience. Play very heavy games at very high fps and with multiple apps open in background it doesn’t lag!
2. Battery – beast in terms of battery backup. 1.5 days usage (moderate) with fast charging in 25 minutes from 0 to 100. It doesn’t heat up much as well.
3. Display- brightness is awesome, under full bright sun you won’t have problem with visibility. Dolby vision and proxdr makes images and video streaming a delight.
4. Camera- 3x portrait mode is really spectacular and so is the color tone.

Cons-
1. Camera in low light conditions – need to be improved more. With more software updates it should get better.
2. AI tools are missing – tools like magic eraser (in pixel and samsung) are very handy and they should be there.

Verdict-
No brainer, simply go for it. 62k is worth every penny for this beast and it will surely run for 3+ years.

I have been using OnePlus 12 for about 2 weeks now and I’m happy to report OnePlus is back to being the flagship killer we all loved once. To be very honest, last few years, OnePlus disappointed it’s loyal fanbase. Fortunately it seems they have made the right course correction.

If you compare OnePlus 12 with S24 Ultra it’s almost similar as far as performance, battery and display is concerned. OnePlus 12 even beats S12 ultra in some aspects. All this with almost half a price tag compared to S24 Ultra. The only area where S24 Ultra beats OnePlus 12 is camera but not by much.

I bought the green flowy emerald version and it’s mosaic like texture is truly fantastic to look at. Performance, display, battery, fast charging, all of it is of the very highest quality, the very best Android can offer at this moment.

The only con I would say is the selfie camera which could have been a little better but here I’m truly nitpicking, it’s pretty good, just not the best. The back camera is fantastic and takes gorgeous photos in most cases, I’m attaching a few samples.

All in all you can’t go wrong if you choose this one.

Excellent phone, Top-notch display, Terrific performance, Good battery life!

This is almost a perfect phone. Initially I was a bit reluctant as tech youtubers pointed out that the camera was a bit inconsistent. But in my personal use I am enjoying the camera, it clicks some great pics. The screen is beautiful, the battery backup and charging are great. The Oxygen OS is almost perfect. I was slightly inclined towards iqoo 12, which is 10k-12k cheaper than OnePlus 12, initially but I am not a big fan of the Funtouch OS. Also the iqoo 12 has usb 2.0 while OnePlus 12 has 3.2, which was a deal breaker for me. The screen protection on Iqoo 12 is schott Xensation which also I was not sure of. OnePlus on the other hand has Gorilla Glass Victus 2. So these factors made me buy OnePlus 12. If these are not a deal breaker for you you may go ahead with Iqoo 12 as it offers better value for your money.

Got it for my brother. I am personally using Galaxy S23.

To sum up the experience, you will get a very nice experience with this phone. Everything except the camera can compete with other android flagships.

I’ll say camera is above mid level phones but below flagship. Around 7/10

I recommend this for people who don’t wanna spend 80k on a flagship but still want flagship level performance.

I’m a normal user.I never use my phone at its peak performance so I used to have an iphone but it was not that smooth then I switched to this and it is really buttery smooth in normal usage.Now I’m having better experience with Android.

Really this OnePlus 12 camera zooming with clarity was awesome, even playing heavy graphic gaming battery won’t lose much and coming to performance it’s really very smooth even though you browse multiple apps you won’t see any lagging issue here. I just want say in one word this is worth by spending high number of money, wherever you can get a iPhone even though we prefer an Android phone. This phone will give a competition to iPhone.

It’s all about good performance, camera, display, charging and also operating system
